These terms and conditions apply to all members, being a publisher or advertiser at CoinsAds.com. CoinsAds.com is operated by NM Media LTD (company number 205173638).
When registering at CoinsAds.com, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.
1. User Account
1.1. You should be an adult to register an account.
1.2. Account passwords should be kept safe, and CoinsAds is not liable for any loss of accounts.
1.3. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts. All these accounts will be suspended.
1.4. Temporary email addresses are not allowed to register an account.
1.5. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat, or disrespect against CoinsAds or CoinsAds team members may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
2. Purchase
2.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at CoinsAds. No other method of payment will be accepted.
3. Referrals
3.1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
3.2. You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use the third-party service that attempts to sell your referrals.
4. Advertisement
4.1. We do not accept sites that use frame breakers or promote adult content and illegal activities.
4.2. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
5. Account suspension
5.1. We have the right to suspend the account for a valid reason if you break our Terms and Conditions.
5.2. Your account will be reset after 120 days of inactivity. All your balances will be forfeited and reset to zero, and all referrals will be taken away.
5.3. We will not accept any appeal requests for account suspensions, and email inquiries will not be responded to unless a convincing reason is given.
6. Liability
6.1. We are not responsible for any content served through advertisements.
6.2. We will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to CoinsAds and therefore beyond our control.
6.3. We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time without notice.
